“I loved working with Olivia over the six weeks we were together. The sessions were well-planned and targeted specific areas I wanted to strengthen. For example, we started plyometrics for volleyball, focused on upper and lower body strengthening as stated in my fitness goals with the goal of getting stronger. Something I really appreciate from Olivia is how she always made sure to take into account how I was feeling on the day to adjust sessions accordingly. Taking it easy during a very stressful time for myself was crucial. After 6 weeks, I noticed a clear improvement in my strength, physique and most importantly my self-confidence. My biggest achievement with Olivia was learning to break down my mental barrier of perfectionism in fitness. I always thought I had to be at full strength, have the best diet and push myself super hard to be productive. But I learned that just the act of putting on my gym gear, or going for a walk for 10 minutes, are huge achievements themselves. It really helped me to see that fitness is about small consistent changes a little at a time rather than big ones.
