    I provide fitness coaching that is completely tailored to your goals. No matter what your current fitness level is, I want to work with you to create a more active lifestyle that you find genuinely fun and can maintain for years to come. This looks different to everyone, from going on short walks to learning your first handstand!

  • Habit Formation

    Central to my philosophy as a fitness coach is encouraging you to create habits that enhance your daily happiness and take you a small step closer to reaching your goals. This is made easier through access to my app which will provide you with regular reminders and helps hold you accountable to your goals.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    Diet culture has removed all enjoyment of food within the fitness industry. As a coach, my goal is to educate you on how to create balance in your diet, not through counting calories and restricting, but by understanding the best way to fuel yourself for the day ahead. I LOVE food, and I want you to too!

  • Skill Development

    I find that doing the same workout plan week-to-week can become boring, so I work with all of my clients to implement skill-based training into their programmes. Whether this is getting better at jumping or achieving your first pull-up, your training will include drills to reach your goals faster.

  • Progress Tracking

    Measuring progress is no ‘one size fits all’. I want to ensure no woman is put off of her fitness journey by the pressure of stepping on a scale, as I know how mentally challenging that can be. That’s why in our initial consultation we will discuss what works best for you, whether this is taking progress photos, tracking bodyweight, recording weights in the gym or simply recognising you are a step closer to your goals. The choice will be completely yours.

  • 1-2-1 Online Personal Training

    I also offer live personal training sessions delivered online. These can be completed at home, or in your regular gym while we video call! We could even go on a virtual walk together when structured exercise feels like too much. This allows you to have live encouragement and guidance from me, to push harder and feel more motivated whilst exercising.

  • Integrated App

    When you start working with me, I will provide you access to my app which brings all these features together seamlessly. You will be able to tick off daily habits and tasks, log your nutrition, send me videos of your workouts for form reviews, plus much more!

  • Daily Support

    Using the chat function within the app goes you direct access to me at any time. Achieving your goals doesn’t come from blindly following a coaches instructions, it comes from working together. Sometimes plans change and life gets in the way, so the chat feature allows us to keep in regular contact and make necessary changes.
