About Me
Hi, I’m Olivia! I am an online mindset, nutrition and fitness coach who works 1-2-1 with women to help them live fun and active lifestyles. Growing up I competed as an elite gymnast and quickly learned we are often limited by our mind, not our physical capability. Now, as a Psychology student at King’s College London, I integrate what I have learned about mental health with over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer and gymnastics coach. My goal is to educate women on the power of moving your body to improve mental and physical wellness. With a focus on the journey, and taking away the pressure of being perfect everyday, I want to encourage as many women as possible to move more, try something new and create a balanced lifestyle that makes them genuinely happy.
My mission is to encourage women to create balanced lifestyles where they move more, eat well and, most importantly, enjoy the process.
